A document created bespoke to your organisation that details how Health and Safety at work is managed and who is responsible for what in the organisation. This document is required by law if you employ over five persons. We will take the time to get to know your business and create a simple, yet fully comprehensive, document which can be updated annually in line with legislative updates and any staffing changes.
A systematic review of your organisation’s current level of management measured against your existing management system and existing legislation, our Health & Safety Audit Services will provide you with a clear indication of where on the spectrum you are in terms of compliance and where best to focus your attention and resources.
We prefer to see our inspections as opportunities to provide coaching to our clients and the workforce. We believe that our visits should focus on both positive aspects of performance and, of course any aspects which require attention. Our Health & Safety consultants are viewed by our clients as a Partner who works closely with you to achieve excellence in a fast-paced, commercially driven world.
Unfortunately, incidents happen and, when they do, it is essential that action is taken to learn the lessons of the past. Havio understand that if an incident has occurred you need a Partner there as soon as possible and this is something we can facilitate due to our size. We will work quickly with you to produce a written report which comprehensively looks at all the causes and the actions which can be taken to avoid any occurrences.
Health & Safety risk assessment looks at hazards in the workplace, or the activity being assessed, and determines control measures required to reduce the risk so far as is practicable. Havio have extensive experience in writing risk assessments, both generally in the workplace or specific to a hazardous task or process. When implemented, our assessments help protect the workforce, which in turn provides protection to our clients.
A Fire Risk Assessment is a systematic and structured assessment of the fire risk for the premises in question. It is completed for the purpose of expressing the current level of fire risk, determining the adequacy of existing fire precautions, and determining the need for, and nature of, any additional fire precautions. Havio have extensive experience in completing fire risk assessments in wide-ranging environments.
This document is a formal procedure following an evaluation of a high-risk task/activity while at work. Havio can complete such systems of work following an analysis of the activity. Please note we will not create these systems of work without first seeing the task/activity first hand.
