Principal Designers and Designers working under The Construction (Design and Management) Regulations 2015 have a major responsibility with regards to driving excellent Health and Safety Management. A Principal Designer is responsible for the planning, managing and co-ordinating of Health and Safety at the Pre-Construction stage of a project, while a Designer must ensure that amongst others they apply the principles of prevention to their designs at all times. Havio have many years experience in helping both Principal Designers navigate their way through CDM Regulations.
