Havio have been successfully delivering CDM Compliance services to our Clients for over 10 years. This success is built upon our desire to be the best at what we do, which is underpinned by the depth of our consultants skills, knowledge, experience and flexibility, and complimented by our Construction Health and Safety and Fire Risk Assessment services that our consultants deliver across our wide Client base within the Construction Industry.

The Construction (Design & Management) Regulations 2015 sets out the strategic road map to managing significant hazards at every stage of a project. The Principal Designer has the most important role in influencing how the risks to health and safety should be managed and incorporated into the wider management of a project. Our innovative and proactive approach to CDM Compliance enables us to ensure design decisions taken during the pre-construction phase have a positive and significant effect on whether a project is delivered in a way that secures health and safety. Our delivery of The Principal Designer’s role involves close co-operation with the Client, the Principal Contractor and co-ordinating the work of others in the project team to ensure that significant and foreseeable risks are managed throughout.
