Yes – The Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005 states that the 'Responsible Person' must carry out, and keep up to date, a Risk Assessment and implement appropriate measures to minimise the risk to life.
Responsibility lies with 'The Responsible Person'. On a construction site this will usually be the main contractor or principal contractor in control of the site.
Our consultants can provide three separate reports dependent upon the specification of your site. These include:

•Timber frame construction site Fire Risk Assessment
•General refurbishment Fire Risk Assessment
Following our visit we will complete our significant findings in a Fire Risk Assessment report. The document will be supplied with a prioritised action plan which, if fully acted upon, will ensure the 'responsible person(s)' meet their legal obligations and work towards compliance and/or best practice.
